<aside> ⚠️ The AD and Semana user MUST match (same email). For security purpose, during the consent flow Semana requests user access in order to verify the consenting AD admin is a Semana admin for the workspace too.

How to process

As Semana admin, go to the page “Admin > Integrations”, then click on “Connect” (or “Settings”) on the Microsoft tile.

Semana - Calendars app

In order to allow Semana to retrieve resource events and create events, the admin has to give access using an admin consent to the “Semana - Calendars” app, by clicking on “Connect Semana - Calendars to you Microsoft tenant”.

An admin consent page is displayed, click on “Approve”

After redirect, let enable the “Calendar integration” checkbox, then click save.

“Calendar sync” can be enabled too, this feature synchronizes Semana statuses into the Outlook users calendars.

Semana - Places app

In order to visualize meeting rooms on floor plans, admin has to draw the corresponding shapes on the map and attach to the corresponding Microsoft room.

To facilitate this step, it’s possible to grant access to the Semana - Places app by clicking on “Connect Semana - Places to your Microsoft tenant”
